Whether your brief demands the natural warmth of an all-timber frame, or the low-maintenance durability of slim aluminium cladding, Synergy offers an elegant solution that aligns with passive-house principles and modern aesthetic expectations.
Every Avino Synergy Windows frame is handmade from sustainably sourced, finger-jointed heartwood pine that ensures maximum dimensional stability. Interiors are factory finished in any RAL or NCS colour, from crisp white to deep charcoal, or stained to celebrate the grain. Externally, you can keep the timber face exposed for a natural look, or specify powder-coated aluminium caps in any RAL tone for durable protection against UV and driving rain. Both constructions preserve the system’s slender sight-line, with a 50 mm visible face (48 mm on Top-Swing units) within a consistent 115 mm frame depth.
Architects can specify Avino Synergy Windows in six operating styles: Side Hung, Top Slide, Top Hung, Top Swing, Side Swing 90°, and Fixed, maintaining uniform sight-lines across the façade. Each operable sash is paired with mechanism-specific premium hardware: IPA or MILA hinges on side and top-hung units, IPA slide rails on Top Slide sashes, MILA swing rails on Side Swing 90°, and concealed ASSA rotation rails on Top Swing windows. Fixed lights can be bonded directly for a frameless exterior, or set within a slim timber or aluminium surround to align with neighbouring operable units.
Avino Synergy Windows glazing options are matched to both frame construction and performance requirements. Timber-only frames are available with a 28 mm double-glazed unit or a 40 mm triple-glazed unit. Timber-aluminium frames, including the Top Swing variant, accept the same 28mm double glazing or a higher-capacity 52mm triple-glazed unit for enhanced acoustic and thermal performance. Black, grey or white warm-edge spacers sit flush with the timber or aluminium glasslists, and the silicone colour is coordinated so interior seal lines remain visually unobtrusive.
Where ventilation is required, trickle vents can be factory-integrated without disturbing the clean frame geometry. Side and slide-action sashes come with handles in brushed F9, and ASSA security locks are standard on sliding and Top Swing units (optional on hinged variants). Installation sleeves simplify fixing, while IPA fasteners and storm hooks in silver, white, or brass provide robust security on exposed elevations.
From single fixed picture windows to multi-light compositions that mix top-hung and side-swing sashes, Synergy maintains uniform detailing across the range. Frame depths remain standard at 115 mm, with only minor sight-line adjustments where a specific opening mechanism requires it. Gasket colours (black or grey on timber frames and black on AluClad versions) are chosen to complement the surrounding finish, and all hardware is supplied in harmonised surface treatments, creating a coherent façade language that highlights timber craftsmanship without sacrificing performance.

Avino Synergy Windows carry CE marking in accordance with EN 14351-1 and are backed by third-party Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs). Full test reports for air permeability (EN 12207), watertightness (EN 12208), and wind resistance (EN 12210), together with maximum sash-size charts and optional thermal or acoustic calculations, are available on request.

Materials
Heartwood pine (finger-jointed for stability) is standard across the Avino Synergy Windows range and can be finished in any RAL or NCS colour using durable water-based paint. When specified with AluClad construction, the exterior aluminium caps are powder-coated to any RAL tone for long-term protection. Warm-edge spacers are supplied in black, grey, or white and are coordinated with the chosen frame finish.
